How effect presentation theme for the Company Culture...?

The theme of the Company is great deal with attraction of the customer. They many companies are thinking all their promotional strategies with unique color. But few of them are taking out of decisions to implement marketing or production activities.

For a example, The dark background sometimes may highlight the front details. But If it's too much in dark color, the attention will be noisy on audience. Therefore the Main target of the presentation will require the worth of information and the information may be few couple of words or one image.

Finally I used blending option to configure the secondary layer in Photoshop and used some text effect with layer style as follows.

  

Here I Changed filters to take glass effect with new layer.
